But in case of unintentional weight loss person might suffering from poorly managed medical condition like diabetes or other disease. Beside disease, person also suffers from this because of stress that decrease or eliminate the interest of person towards eating. This will allow his or her body to consume lesser calories then body requirement. Benefits of weight loss: 1. Survival rate of those people will be increased who are suffering from obesity related diseases especially in case of type II diabetes patients. 2. All blood pressure related disease will also get eliminated or lower down. 3.
