From a young age distant lands and mountains have captured Sarah's imagination like nothing else could. A self taught action sports and lifestyle photographer, she has recently relocated to beautiful Queenstown, New Zealand. She lives and breathes mountain sports and the stunning natural environment that surrounds her, spending as much time outside behind the lens as possible.
Sarah's work has been printed worldwide in various snow publications and travel guidebooks. Her aim and passion is to capture provocative images which define the lifestyle and moments when athletes connect with nature though adventure sports.
After graduating from university in her native Scotland with a Political Science degree, she relocated to the spectacular Northern Alps of Japan for 5 years where she developed an eye for photography and started Snow Season Japan a uniquel travel company organising winter season trips and beginners Japanese language courses based in Hakuba in the Japanese Alps.
